Terry Taite, Chris Wilcox

principal actor - chirs wilcoxAfter training at The Arden School of Theatre in Manchester, Chris began touring the UK in various theatre productions, ranging from “Equus”, “Cyrano de Bergerac” and “Macbeth” to taking the lead in “Strings”.

He then toured Austria for 6 months playing the lead in “Hotmail from Helsinki” with the Vienna English Theatre Company.  On returning to England he spent a year at the Impact Theatre Company before turning his attention to television and film.

Appearances include the critically acclaimed BBC drama “Life on Mars”, Kudos Productions, and “The Marchioness Disaster”, Yorkshire TV. He played the lead in “Banged Up Abroad – Mark’s story”, a 1 hour docudrama shot in Hong Kong and Sydney, being screened on Channel 5 and various international satellite channels. For 3 consecutive years Chris put on shows at The Edinburgh Festival with sell out performances gaining critical acclaim in numerous revues. 

He has appeared as the lead in many short films including “Man Walks into a Bar”, Lightening Productions and more recently “Call Me”, Lemonace Films; has provided voiceovers for many mainstream British television dramas: Blue Murder – 2005, Casanova – 2006 and Donavan – 2006; and appears as a featured artist in the Iceland TV commercials, as the extreme ironing hero in the Stenna Line Commercials and is the Ronseal man.  Chris’s latest project is a joint venture with his brother Michael, in which they are both writing and producing a comedy for television.
